Senior Front End Engineer API Exploration The successful candidate will work from our Bangalore office in hybrid model You will help develop of one of the most perspective and newest SmartBear products You can look forward to working with our best and brightest engineers, product managers, and UX folks.  Tech stack: JavaScript, Typescript , React 18, Recoil, Jest , HTML, CSS, REST APIs Product intro: API Exploration is the newest tool which will form a part of a larger API Platform strategy. API Exploration allows users to interact with REST APIs and Kafka services (gRPC, GraphQL and others in the future). With our application, user can: Explore APIs / web services and work with endpoints; Quickly review the return values from API calls; Experiment with different parameters; Save Endpoints into an API bucket for easy access; See the raw byte stream returned by a call; Publish and subscribe with Kafka. You can even have a free trial to check it out 😊 About the role: As a Senior Front End Engineer you will be working on developing the product functionality and adding capabilities for our users. You can look forward to working with our best and brightest engineers, product managers, and UX folks. As part of our team you will :   Develop of one of the most perspective and newest SmartBear product; Use latest languages, tools and methodologies in daily work: TypeScript, React 18, Kubernetes; Solve challenges in different areas: microservices architecture, async API, data modelling etc. Drive high engineering standards by engaging in peer design and code reviews, example mapping sessions, etc. Collaborate with teams of developers, testers, UX designers, and product managers geographically spread across our different locations, We are looking for you if you have:  8+ years of experience in software engineering, 5+ years experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and frontend Very good knowledge and experience with React framework Experience integrating with REST APIs Proven ability to implement pixel perfect UI base on beautiful designs Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, and writing maintainable code with unit tests Team player attitude and like to share the knowledge in the team Why you should join the SmartBear crew: You can grow your career at every level.
