Data Quality Analyst II - Remote

MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented  Data Quality Analyst II to join the Enterprise Information Management Team ! Individual reports to  Principal, Data Quality Analyst. Role is  remote - must reside in the United States. ABOUT THE ROLE The Data Quality Analyst II role within the Enterprise Information Management organization will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of data quality monitoring and operations, enabling data driven decisions and ensuring data quality is deployed as a value-add service. This hybrid business-technical role blends development with quality assurance and interacts with both technical and business partners in a rapidly evolving environment. Your usual day of awesomeness includes: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, business processes, current/historical data, and system environments. Conduct data analysis leveraging business rules, python scripts, and querying data in the data lake/warehouse to identify root cause of data quality issues. Analyze & profile data to assess quality variances against data standards.   Workshop solutions with technical and business partners that address the root cause rather than the symptoms of data quality issues. Collaborate with technical & business stakeholders to ensure proactive and continuous process improvement. Develop data quality monitoring against data lake/warehouse. Create data quality scorecards according to baseline and monitor for improvement goals.   WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information management, engineering, or a related field. A self-starter who can work without continuous supervision and is highly organized. Experience in data quality, data management, or business/data analysis. Ability to work through a problem logically, identify root causes, provide practical effective solutions while being detail and process oriented. Knowledge of various database structures and analytical reports/models. Experience in at least two major foundational language such as SQL, Python, R, C#.NET, Java, or JavaScript. Experience building reporting/dashboards/scorecards leveraging BI/Reporting Tools (Looker, Tableau) or other data visualization software. Excellent written, visual, oral communication skills, ability to communicate with key business partners clearly and succinctly. Experience presenting to senior/executive leadership. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across business and technology. Strong project management skills able to plan, prioritize, and meet deliverables.
