Data Analyst, Data Operations

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be a key member of the Data Operations team which focuses on driving scale, improving efficiency, and maximizing productivity for the data-driven development of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) software. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic and creative. There has never been a more exciting time to join us!What You Will Be Doing:Build and refine metrics to track the performance of the data loop operations, highlight opportunities for improvement and enable data-driven decisionPropose data mining strategy to fulfill development data needs, experiment and deploy the methodology, monitor results and continue refiningBuild automation tools for issue detection and analysisContinuously assess opportunities to accelerate data loop, propose automation solutions and execute on themWhat We Need To See:BS or MS in STEM or a related field and/or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics or related fieldProficient in Python, SQL, familiar with ETL pipeline, Linux commandExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsCurious and passionate about innovationConsistent track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring order to ambiguous situationsFluent English communicationWays to stand out from the crowd:Experience with autonomous vehicles domainExperience in a startup environment
