As a Senior UC Engineer, you will be part of the Collaboration team, performing telecom and networking-related engineering support, administration, compliance, and configuration. You will contribute to and drive the design and implementation of enterprise telephony, collaboration apps, voice, video, webcast, and mobility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint, Microsoft 365 systems, Google apps, writing and modifying code, meetings, chat and conferencing.What will you do:Integration, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of all core telephony and Unified Communications technologies in a multi-regional geo-redundant architecture.Deploy AV standards for conference rooms in new building and office expansionsLead system-level configuration, administration and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Meetings and Rooms, Microsoft Teams Calling, CVI, Cloud Contact Center, Cisco Collaboration Software, Microsoft Teams Chat, Webex Cloud, Cisco and Poly Endpoints.Develop roadmaps, plan strategies and operationalize collaboration apps such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google apps, SharePoint to improve productivity.Prepare and maintain documentation and SOP detailing the configuration of deployed solutions.Voice/Video infrastructure design, monitoring, performance tuning, and solving complex issues.As a domain specialist, the role involves being an escalation point for our Global IT Helpdesk.Work cross-functionally with key partners to build and design architecture to solve business problems and derive key business insights and recommendations from disparate data sets.Provide support to VIPs and effectively collaborate with Executives and Executive admins.What we need to see:M.Sc in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Architecture / Computer science from a leading university and having CCNA/CCNP/MCSE certifications is desired.8+ years of relevant work experienceDemonstrate advanced operational expertise in Microsoft Teams Portfolio, Microsoft 365 Apps, Sharepoint, Slack, Google Drive, and various collaboration platforms.
